• Have accurately entered all vehicle or vessel information, including make, model, year, and window specifications
• Have selected the correct tint shade and understand that color may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, material thickness, vehicle or vessel window curvature, and monitor/screen differences
• Understand that Tint Rebel products are removable, reusable, and thicker than traditional tint, and differences from factory or permanent tint are normal and expected
• Accept full responsibility for verifying all order information, including shipping address, vehicle/vessel details, and selected options
• Agree that personal preference, expectation, or subjective judgment is not a valid reason for cancellation, return, or refund
• Acknowledge that Tint Rebel is not responsible for tickets, fines, or legal enforcement arising from window tint usage, including local or state traffic laws, boat or marine regulations, and vehicle inspections or safety standards
• Accept responsibility for safe handling during installation, including avoiding cuts from sharp edges, keeping tint out of reach of children, and using proper tools and following instructions

• All orders are custom-made for each vehicle or vessel and tint selection
• Standard preparation time is 2–4 business days, during which tint kits are cut precisely to specifications, inspected for quality and defects, and packaging is verified to prevent damage
• Processing is separate from shipping time and cannot be bypassed, even with expedited or express orders
• Any modifications requested after production begins may be denied or subject to fees
• Orders with missing or incorrect information may be delayed, canceled, or remade

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, customers must:

2. 2Check with neighbors, building management, or property staff
3. 3Contact the shipping carrier to file a trace

Tint Rebel kits are thicker than traditional tint, allowing:

• Slight color or ceramic-like effects may appear in sunlight
• Minor variations in appearance, thickness, or transparency are normal and expected
• Kits may be rigid at edges, creating potential for cuts during handling — customers must handle with care and use protective gloves if necessary

• Kits are custom-cut for each vehicle or vessel
• Pieces may appear larger than windows outside the frame — this is intentional
• Proper installation inside the window ensures full edge coverage, secure positioning, and clean final appearance

Customers acknowledge that:

• Improper installation may cause bubbles, creasing, misalignment, or tint damage
• Installation errors may void eligibility for replacements, returns, or refunds
• Tint Rebel is not responsible for injuries during installation, including cuts from sharp edges, eye injury from tint handling, and finger or hand injuries from tools or trim

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement before production begins
• Cancellations after 12 hours are reviewed case-by-case
• Restocking fees up to 50% may apply if production has begun
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable

Returns are strictly limited due to custom preparation.

• Replacement kits may be approved for lost packages
• Refunds are not provided if replacements are available
• Carrier confirmation is required for lost package claims

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other government-imposed fees
• Tint Rebel does not prepay or collect customs fees
• Refused or returned packages due to customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, including shipping and restocking

Tint Rebel is not liable for:

• Installation errors
• Vehicle, boat, or vessel damage during installation or use
• Personal injury, including cuts, scratches, or eye injury
• Tickets, fines, or legal enforcement due to tint usage
• Misuse, environmental damage, or exposure to water, sun, or chemicals

• Liability is limited to replacement of defective kits verified before installation
• Tint Rebel is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

• By checking the checkout box, you confirm legally binding agreement to all policies
• Digital acknowledgment is equivalent to signing a written contract
• Customers waive claims of ignorance regarding policies, terms, and responsibilities
