Product
TintRebel is a pre-cut ceramic film that slides into the window channel and is secured by a removable double-sided adhesive strip along the top edge only. One side of the strip bonds to the film and the other presses onto the glass, then peels off clean with zero residue. It stays rock-solid while driving, fits so precisely there are no bubbles, and removes cleanly without any residue. Reapply as many times as you want.
We carry 3 shades: 5% (darkest, near-blackout), 20%, and 35% (lightest). The percentage refers to Visible Light Transmission (VLT), so lower numbers mean darker tint. Current availability is shown on the product page.
Yes. Our nano-ceramic film blocks 99% of harmful UV rays (both UVA and UVB). This protects your skin, prevents interior fading, and reduces cabin heat - all without a metallic layer.
No. Unlike metallic tints, our ceramic technology does not interfere with GPS, cell phones, radio, Bluetooth, toll transponders, or keyless entry systems.
We offer several packages depending on your vehicle type: Front Door Windows, Front & Rear Door Windows, Rear Windshield, and Full Package (all windows except front windshield). Coupes also have a Front Doors & Rear Quarter Panels option. Select your vehicle on the product page to see available packages and pricing.
With proper care, TintRebel tint lasts for years. The rigid nano-ceramic film holds its clarity and UV protection over time, and spare adhesive strips are included if the top strip ever needs replacing. It's also reusable - remove, store flat, and reapply when needed.
Installation
It's a completely dry installation - no water, no soap, no squeegee. First peel off the protective layer covering the film, roll your window down about 20-30%, insert the tint film into the window channel, adjust it to the window's shape, then peel the liner off the double-sided top strip and press the top edge firmly onto the glass. That's it. Takes about 1 minute per window.
No tools required. Everything you need comes in the box. No spray bottle, no squeegee, no heat gun, no razor blade. Just your hands and about 1 minute per window.
Yes. We maintain a database of 17,000+ vehicle templates. Each piece is precision-cut to fit your specific year, make, and model - no trimming or guesswork.
Just peel it off and reposition. You can adjust the placement as many times as you need. The adhesive strip on the top edge is reusable and won't lose its hold.
No. The film sits in the window channel and does not interfere with power window operation. Windows roll up and down normally.
Use a mild, ammonia-free glass cleaner (such as ammonia-free Windex). To clean the cabin-facing side, you can leave the film installed — lightly spray the cleaner onto a microfiber or paper towel (never directly onto the film) and gently wipe away dust, fingerprints, or residue. To clean the inner side, carefully remove the film first, rest it on a soft surface (paper padding, a microfiber cloth, or clean soft material) to avoid scratches, and wipe gently. Never use ammonia-based cleaners, harsh chemicals, or abrasive materials, as they can damage the coating.
Let the film dry completely on a flat surface before reinstalling — never put it back while it is still damp. Allow about 10–15 minutes in normal conditions, or 15–30 minutes in humid or cold conditions. Full evaporation prevents trapped moisture and keeps the film clear with proper adhesion.
Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States — no minimum purchase, no promo codes.
Every kit is custom-cut for your vehicle. Orders arrive within 2-4 business days for Eastern and Central US states, and 2-5 business days for Western US states. Custom cutting is included in this window and cannot be bypassed.
Yes — within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Cancellations after 12 hours are reviewed case-by-case and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% if production has already started. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Returns are strictly limited because every kit is custom-cut for your specific vehicle. To qualify, the kit must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened with original packaging intact, and the return must be initiated before any installation attempt. All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee, customer-paid return shipping, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are not available.
We do not accept returns based on personal expectation — including shade differences, cloudiness, or overall appearance. All shade specs (5%, 20%, 35% VLT) and product details are listed on each product page so you can review before ordering. If you're unsure which shade is right for you, contact us before placing your order.
Inspect your kit before opening or installing. If you see damage, take photos of the shipping box and label, the interior packaging, and the tint inside its protective wrap, then contact us. Claims after installation may be denied, and claims without photo documentation cannot be processed. Replacements are approved after our team's review.
Every piece is computer-cut from precise templates for your exact year, make, and model. If a kit doesn't fit due to a cutting or template error, contact us with photos before installation and we'll send a free replacement. Fitment claims must be made before any installation attempt.
For lost packages, we may approve a replacement kit (refunds are not provided when replacement is available); carrier confirmation is required. If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, verify your delivery address, check with neighbors and building staff, and contact the carrier to file a trace. Tint Rebel can assist with coordination, but final responsibility rests with the customer unless signature delivery was selected.
Yes. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other government-imposed fees. We do not prepay or collect customs charges. Refused or returned packages due to customs fees are the customer's responsibility, including shipping and restocking.
Legal & Compatibility
Tint laws vary by state. Since TintRebel is fully removable, you can take it off for inspection and reapply afterward. Always check your local VLT regulations.
Yes. The only adhesive is a thin double-sided strip along the very top edge, so it never touches the defroster lines that run across the rest of the glass. It won't damage or interfere with the defroster, and the strip peels off clean with zero residue.
Only if it's the same make, model, and year. Each piece is pre-cut to a specific vehicle template, so it won't fit a different car. You can store it flat and reapply to the same vehicle anytime.
