Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins.
Cancellations after 12 hours are reviewed case-by-case.
Restocking fees up to 50% may apply if production has begun.
Note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Returns are strictly limited due to custom preparation. All Tint Rebel products are custom-made for each vehicle or vessel.

Returns are not accepted for personal expectation reasons, including:
Exchanges are not available.
If your kit arrives damaged, follow this process before opening or installing.
Document damage with photos of:
Always inspect your package upon delivery. Claims without photo documentation will not be processed.
Replacement kits may be approved for lost packages.
Refunds are not provided if replacements are available.
Carrier confirmation is required for lost package claims.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, customers must:
Verify the delivery address entered.
Check with neighbors, building management, or property staff.
Contact the shipping carrier to file a trace.
