Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

Order Cancellations

Within 24 hours: Orders may be canceled without penalty, provided they have not entered processing or shipped.
After 24 hours: Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total order value, regardless of shipping status.
Already Shipped: If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not permitted. The customer must follow the return process (if eligible).

Note: Orders in "processing" or "fulfilled" status are no longer eligible for cancellation.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in strictly limited, pre-approved situations. All Tint Rebel products are inspected prior to shipment.

2.1. Acceptable Reasons for Return

Returns will be considered only if one of the following applies:

  • Item arrived damaged during shipment and was reported within 72 hours of delivery
  • Incorrect item received due to our fulfillment error
  • Item was never delivered, as verified by the carrier's tracking system
  • Product contains a manufacturer defect and remains unused and uninstalled

Return requests must include all of the following documentation:

  1. Unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and condition of product
  2. Clear, timestamped photos of the shipping box, label, and tint as it arrived
  3. Report sent to [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery
Important: Installed, trimmed, altered, or handled products are not eligible for return.

2.2. Unacceptable Reasons for Return

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect selection of tint size, type, or shade by the customer
  • Installation errors, improper handling, or trimming of product
  • Bubbles, streaks, or adhesion issues due to wet glass or improper surface prep
  • Water damage, rain exposure, or car washes during or after install
  • Attempting to return a used or reinstalled tint
  • Return requests made without complete supporting documentation
  • Product already installed, altered, or removed from original tape strip
Warning: False claims of damage or tampering with the tint to simulate damage will result in permanent account ban and rejection of all returns.

2.3. Conditions for Return (If Approved)

If a return is approved in writing:

  • Product must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Product must be returned with original packaging
  • Return must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of approval
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 50% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Unauthorized returns will be discarded without refund

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method only.

⏳ Refund Processing Time: Up to 14 business days

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorized or unapproved returns
  • Product is returned damaged, altered, or shows signs of installation
  • Return shipped late or in improper packaging
  • Return request submitted after 72 hours of delivery
  • Return shipped after 7-day window expires
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

4.1. Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days
  • Tracking information will be emailed once the order is fulfilled
  • All packages are shipped via UPS Ground or an equivalent carrier

4.2. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • We do not reroute, intercept, or change packages once shipped
  • Orders marked "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled
  • Orders returned due to address errors will require reshipment fees

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes are taken seriously.

Important: Customers agree not to file a chargeback without contacting us first at [email protected].

If a chargeback is filed without proper cause (such as "item not received" when tracking shows delivery), Tint Rebel will submit all supporting documentation, including:

  • Time-stamped tracking
  • Proof of delivery
  • Photos
  • Unboxing requirements
  • Customer correspondence
  • Agreement to terms at checkout
False or fraudulent disputes will result in:
• Permanent account ban
• Rejection of all future orders
• Referral to collections or legal channels
• Reporting to fraud monitoring databases

Order Modifications

Order changes (such as address or tint adjustments) are allowed only if the order has not entered processing.

To modify an order: Modification requests must be sent immediately to [email protected].
Important: Once an order is marked "processing" or "fulfilled," no further changes are allowed.

  • All products are sold "as-is"
  • Performance and appearance may vary based on installation environment and user handling
  • It is the customer's responsibility to read and follow all instructions before use
  • Failure to follow guidelines may result in adhesion issues, bubbling, or early wear
